Order Processing Time
There has been an overwhelming response to our product(s). Please rest assured, our customers are our #priority at Signora Ribelle. Our order processing time takes (payment verification period) up to 7 business days before the for fulfillment process begins.

Shipping Times

Due to the mailing industry being hit hard by the virus, we are asking our customers to be kind and patient while their orders are moving through the fulfillment/shipping process. We at Signora Ribelle are offering our customers Free Shipping to show our appreciation for your patience. Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks after processing for delivery of your package. For international shipping, please allow 3-weeks after processing.

***Please be mindful that your jewelry is custom-made created specially for custom individuals. Due to the nature of the product(s), once you have placed your order cancellations are not allowed.

Lost/Stolen Items

Signora Ribelle is not responsible for any lost/stolen items. Once the item(s) leaves our fulfillment center via the courier of our choice, the courier assumes full responsibility of the package in question. We will do our best to help you resolve any issues. We strongly recommend purchasing your ROUTE protection.
